Rosemary Maple-Glazed Breakfast Sausage

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
1 teaspoon dried sage
2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 sprig rosemary
Directions
Combine the turkey, sage, red pepper flakes, salt and black pepper in a large bowl. Wet your hands then Gently mix with your hands until well combined. Form the mixture into 8 thin patties.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties until browned, about 3 minutes per side. Drizzle the maple syrup over the patties. Use the rosemary sprig to brush the patties with syrup. Drop the rosemary sprig into the pan and let patties cook for another 2-4 minutes.
